How do I create and print FNSKU labels?

Generate FNSKU labels from purchases or returns as a PDF.

Written by ArbitrageOne Support

Overview

When you prepare goods in your own warehouse, you can generate FNSKU labels directly from A1 as a PDF. The print icon is not shown for a Prep Center delivery address.

Prepare the delivery address

Open Settings → Delivery addresses and edit the address used for the purchase. Activate This is an own warehouse and save. A1 enables FNSKU label printing only for a correctly configured own warehouse.

Mark a delivery address as an own warehouse

Set the label size

  1. Open Settings → General and find FNSKU labels.

  2. Enter label width and height in millimeters. Allowed values are 10 to 300 mm. Without custom values, A1 uses the default format.

  3. Save and reopen the purchase overview.

Print labels

Step 1: Find the FNSKU

Open Purchases or a matching return. A printer icon appears next to the FNSKU.

Step 2: Generate the PDF

Click the printer icon. A1 uses the recorded purchase quantity as the label quantity. A purchase quantity of five creates five labels.

Step 3: Check the PDF

Check FNSKU, product name, quantity and actual print size before printing all labels.

Common issues

The printer icon is missing: Check that the delivery address is marked as an own warehouse and that an FNSKU exists.

The PDF size is wrong: Check the saved dimensions and disable automatic page scaling in the print dialog.

The label quantity is wrong: Correct the purchase quantity because the PDF uses that value.

Nothing happens after clicking: Allow pop-ups for A1 and check whether the browser blocked the PDF tab.
