Differences usually come from the selected data source, several purchases using the same SKU, a net and gross mismatch or Amazon fees that have not yet been delivered.

Open ProfitTracker, select the affected sale and check SKU, marketplace and sale date. Do not compare two different SKUs for the same ASIN.

A purchase recorded in A1 takes priority over a value entered manually under CoG. Check every purchase that uses the same SKU. Different purchase prices under one SKU can produce an unexpected value.

If no matching purchase exists, A1 uses the manually maintained CoG. Open the purchase price list and check the purchase price and Prep fee.

Compare the same price type. A net value excludes VAT, while a gross value includes VAT. Selecting the wrong type can change the result significantly.

Fees and reimbursements come from Amazon data. If Amazon has not delivered a value yet, or has delivered it incompletely, the calculation can differ temporarily. Check the transaction in Seller Central and check again later.

A customer reimbursement may be recorded before the physical unsellable return reaches the Amazon warehouse. ProfitTracker and the Returns module therefore do not always match at the same point in time.

If the difference remains, use the copy function in A1. At tile level, the copy icon is at the top of the details.

At order level, the copy icon is at the bottom of the expanded details.
