How do I transfer purchase prices, Min Prices and Max Prices from A1 to BQool?

Fill a BQool template with ArbitrageOne and import it back into BQool.

Overview

A1 adds data to a template downloaded from BQool. You then upload the completed file back to BQool. There is no direct BQool connection that transfers values automatically.

Step by step

Step 1: Download the BQool template

Open Upload File in BQool. Select the required marketplace, choose Repricing Central File and download the Full Template. Do not edit the first row.

Download the Full Template for the selected BQool marketplace

Each country needs its own template and import.

Step 2: Open the BQool export in A1

Go to Export in A1, select BQool and upload the BQool file.

Step 3: Configure options

Check:

  • Min-Max Preise ausfüllen

  • Purchase price as net or gross

  • Required minimum and maximum margin

  • Fallback to the 60-day Buy Box average

  • Prep fees as additional fees

  • Exact BQool rule name

The purchase price type in A1 must match the BQool setting for that country. Verify the result for one SKU before activating many Listings.

Step 4: Choose overwriting deliberately

Without Bestehende Werte überschreiben, A1 fills empty fields only. When enabled, existing purchase prices, Min Prices and Max Prices are replaced.

Step 5: Download and import the file

Download the completed file from A1 and import it into the same BQool marketplace. Select the file and click Upload Now.

Step 6: Verify the result

Wait for processing. Check a sample of SKU, cost, Min Price, Max Price and rule. The import does not activate Repricing automatically.

Repeat the process for every country. Never use a German marketplace template for another marketplace.

Common issues

BQool reports an invalid file format: Use the Full Template from the correct marketplace and do not change the first row.

Values are missing: A1 can fill matching SKUs only. Check that the Listing uses the same SKU in A1.

The purchase price is incorrect: Check net or gross and whether several purchases use the same SKU.
