Overview
BQool imports your Listings from Seller Central and adjusts prices according to your rules. Before uploading A1 data, make sure the connection, marketplaces and calculation settings are correct.
Before you start
Check whether your BQool plan covers the required number of Listings, rules and marketplaces. Also check whether it supports features that matter to you, such as business prices. Plans and features may change.
Step by step
Step 1: Connect Seller Central
Connect your Amazon seller account in BQool. Wait until the Listings have been synchronized.
Step 2: Select marketplaces
Activate every country in which you actually sell. BQool manages settings and files separately for each marketplace.
Step 3: Allocate quotas
If your plan has Listing limits, allocate the available rule-based and AI Listings to the relevant marketplaces.
Step 4: Check General Settings
Open Listings and General Settings for each marketplace. Check:
Time zone
Default rule
Behavior when inventory is missing
Additional FBA or FBM costs
VAT treatment for sale and purchase prices
EFN or PAN-EU treatment
Step 5: Align net and gross values
Check how BQool processes VAT on purchase costs. Then select whether A1 should export the purchase price as net or gross. The two settings must match. After the first import, verify at least one SKU and confirm that the cost shown in BQool matches the expected A1 purchase price.
Repeat this check for every country because BQool stores settings per marketplace.
Step 6: Do not activate Repricing yet
First verify cost, Min Price, Max Price and rule. Activate Repricing only after checking a small sample.
Common issues
Listings are missing: Initial synchronization can take time. Check the Seller Central connection and selected marketplace.
Values differ between countries: Many BQool settings are marketplace-specific and must be saved separately.
