Overview
If a shipment does not reach the Prep Center, the cause is often the connection, the delivery address or a missing Listing. Check the following points in order.
Diagnosis
Step 1: Check the connection
Open Settings → Connections. The Prep Center connection must be active. Reconnect it if an authentication error is shown.
Select the correct provider and interface. The same provider may appear as PrepBusiness or PrepTool depending on its system.
An active connection appears as a separate card with a green status dot.
Step 2: Check the delivery address
The address must be marked as Prep Center and assigned to the correct API connection. This is especially important when using several Prep Centers or accounts.
Step 3: Check Listings
The automatic announcement starts only after all required Listings have been created. Open the SKU debugger for a waiting SKU and resolve the displayed Listing error first.
Step 4: Check the status in A1
Announce: The shipment has not been transferred.
Hourglass: Automatic processing is waiting or running.
Announced: A1 has created the shipment.
Bell warning: The shipment was deleted at the Prep Center and must be reconciled manually.
Step 5: Start synchronization again
If you created or edited the delivery address or Prep Center afterwards, click the Prep Center name on the purchase card. Select the correct assignment again and confirm with the green check mark.
Step 6: Check the transfer in the Prep system
For an Announced shipment, click the blue square with the arrow. A1 opens the shipment in PrepBusiness or PrepTool. Check products, quantities, notes and the visible transfer status.
Step 7: Avoid duplicates
Do not click Announce several times and do not create the same shipment manually at the provider. First check whether an external link or shipment number already exists.
If it still does not work
Send Support the affected purchase, delivery address name, visible A1 status and status in PrepBusiness or PrepTool. Do not share API tokens.
