Overview
You can announce a purchase to a connected Prep Center directly from the purchase overview. ArbitrageOne transfers the shipment, products, expected quantities and, depending on your settings, notes.
Requirements
Your Prep Center is connected under Settings → Connections.
The purchase uses that delivery address.
The required Listings and SKUs have been created.
Step by step
Step 1: Open the purchase
Open Purchases and find the affected purchase.
Step 2: Announce the shipment
Click Announce. If automatic announcements are active, A1 shows an hourglass instead. The shipment is created as soon as all Listings are available.
Step 3: If the button is missing, check the delivery address
Open Settings → Delivery addresses and edit the address used for the purchase. It must be marked as Prep Center and assigned to the correct Prep Center API.
Save the address and reopen the purchase.
Step 4: Restart synchronization
If the Prep Center or delivery address was created or edited later, click the Prep Center name on the purchase card. Select it again and confirm with the green check mark.
Step 5: Check the transfer
After a successful transfer, Announced and a timestamp appear. Click the blue square with the arrow. A1 opens the shipment in PrepBusiness or PrepTool. Check products, quantities and notes there.
Common issues
The button is missing: Check the delivery address type and API assignment.
The hourglass remains: A Listing is missing or processing is still waiting. Check the SKU debugger.
The connection changed later: Select the Prep Center again on the purchase card.
The shipment was deleted at the Prep Center: Reconcile received quantities manually.
