How do I create my own export template (Custom Export)?

Build reusable export templates with custom columns, filters and formats in ArbitrageOne.

Written by ArbitrageOne Support

Short description

With Custom Export templates (Custom Export, BETA) you build reusable export templates: you choose the columns, filters and format yourself and can run the template again later at any time — perfect for individual reports or accounting workflows.

Page layout

In the Export module you'll find the Custom Export Templates (BETA) card. Every saved template shows:

  • Name of the template

  • File format badge (CSV or XLSX)

  • Number of columns

  • Buttons: Download, Edit, Delete

Step-by-step: Create a new template

Step 1: Create a new template

→ Open directly in the app: app.arbitrageone.de/export

On the card, click Create new template. The template builder opens.

Step 2: Basic settings

  • Name of the template

  • File format: CSV or XLSX

  • Marketplace, time range (from / to)

  • Include returns (toggle)

  • Archive filter: All / Without archive / Only archive

  • Only rows with SKU

Step 3: Grouping & aggregation

  • Grouping: by SKU & ASIN / by ASIN only / none

  • Aggregation: average, maximum or minimum (relevant when there are multiple purchases per ASIN)

Step 4: Configure columns

Add per column:

  • Custom label in the file

  • Source (e.g. net cost, gross cost incl. shipping, prep costs, tax rate, …)

  • Aggregation rule if applicable

Step 5: Save or download directly

Via Download you generate the file immediately. Via Edit you can reopen the template later.

Important notes

  • Templates are saved per account.

  • Custom Exports are in BETA status — new columns and filters are being added continuously.

  • For large time ranges the export can take a few seconds.

Common issues

Issue: "File is empty." Solution: Check your filters — Only rows with SKU or a too-narrow date range often filters out all data.

Issue: "A specific column is missing." Solution: You may not have added it in the builder. Click Edit and add the column.
